The Monmouth County Vocational School District (MCVSD) offers a variety of vocational and technical programs for high school students, as well as adult education and career training opportunities. MCVSD operates several specialized high schools, including the Academy of Allied Health and Science, Biotechnology High School, Communications High School, High Technology High School, Marine Academy of Science and Technology (MAST), and the Public Safety Career Center. The district also provides shared time programs in various fields such as applied mechanical engineering, nursing, automotive technology, carpentry, culinary arts, dental assistantship, diesel mechanics, electricity/HVAC maintenance, marine trades welding services. In addition to academic curriculum options across all academies/schools/programs under MCVSD's umbrella located at different campuses within Monmouth County; MCVSD organizes admissions information sessions for prospective students alongside open house events throughout the year. They offer student services that include a calendar of events where parents/students can access college information along with community resources.
